Happiest Holidays Group

Dr. Tracey Ward is holding a “Holidays Group” to Practice brave speaking for events throughout the year! Kiddos with selective mutism can practice knocking on doors and saying “trick or treat” with their peers, practicing talking to Aunties and Uncles and family members when they come to visit, and other skills that will prepare them for success as the seasons come!

Selective Mutism 101:
For Parents and Caregivers

Hosted by Brave Seattle’s clinicians, this training is for parents and caretakers of children with selective mutism. Gain an understanding of what selective mutism is, what cycles cause it to continue, and deepen your understanding of what a child with selective mutism experiences. By furthering your knowledge of selective mutism, this training aims to empower attendees to feel informed, equipped, and hopeful.

Gain an understanding of what selective mutism is, what cycles cause it to continue, and apply these principles to your classroom and its environment. By furthering your knowledge of selective mutism, this training aims to empower educators to feel equipped and supportive of their students.
